Arthur Yang is a senior at Arcata High. This is his first year writing for and being a videographer for the Pepperbox. Yang was born and raised in Fresno, moving to Humboldt County freshman year of his high school career. Yang spends most of his time skateboarding or being a performative male. Though this is Yang’s first year, he is interested in poetry and writing because it’s integrated into daily life. He enjoys learning about student opinions as well as the why, where, and how they have gotten to where they are today.
