There have been some rumors about administration taking down the palm tree on the Senior Lawn. I wanted to get to the bottom of these rumors. So, I started to interview students.

Sophomore Medora Rostad said she “loves the tree” and sees “no reason for taking it down.”

Sophomore Shuhan Hunter said she has some good advice about this. She said “if they decide to take the tree down, they could put more tables” for students to sit at.

Senior Jocelyn Hague said, “It’s a good tree, and they’re should be a good reason to take it down.”

Why would the administration take the tree down? What does the administration have to say about this?

Ron Perry said, “It’s not getting taken down and has been part of campus for a long time.”
