Jackson Dehority is an Arcata High School senior and first-year editor and contributor at The Pepperbox. He plans on writing about issues including local news, politics, and pop culture. Jackson’s academic interests include engineering, business, and music. He has lived in Arcata all his life, and loves the community and landscapes of Humboldt County. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, keeping up with politics, running cross country, and flying FPV drones. Jackson previously served as editor-in-chief at The Swashbuckler, the Six Rivers Charter High School student newspaper.
